Executive Chef - Michael Tseng


Michael began his career over 25 years ago at a prestigious culinary institute in Taipei, Taiwan where he studied classic French cooking. From there, Michael accepted his first Sous Chef position, cooking at the Ritz Taiwan where he subsequently was appointed Executive Chef, with responsibility for all food outlets.

Michael's cooking style is strongly influenced by his classical French training as he strives to serve innovative and contemporary Asian cuisine. Michael is dedicated to using only the best quality produce, cooked in an uncomplicated style.
